The Music & Drama Education Expo, the leading performing arts education show in Europe, is seeking members to join a voluntary advisory board which will advise on its events programme for its Manchester 2020 show and then at a later date for London 2021.
A successful and growing event, the Music& Drama Education Expo makes a valued contribution to the arts education sector’s CPD, attracting over 3,000 visitors to its London and Manchester shows from over 40 countries worldwide.
In order to deliver the most relevant, wide-ranging and useful programme of CPD possible, the heads of content are seeking both music and drama education practitioners to join a voluntary advisory board. We would welcome applications from practitioners in the following positions:
Early Years / Primary / Secondary / Drama/ Private drama practitioner / Private Instrumental / Peripatetic / Portfolio /SEND / Hub official / Headteacher
The role will involve email, online and phone communication with the event’s content heads, over a limited period from mid-March to early April 2020 and again during July, in order to inform and advise on the programme; with initial input for the Manchester show required by the end of March, and then feedback on our proposed programme in April, repeating this process in July for the London programme. We are aiming to encourage a broad regional representation, and travel will not be required to contribute to proceedings.
