Key Areas of Responsibility:
To administer the activities of the Pimlico Musical Foundation
To organise and provide pastoral support for the PMF choirs
To oversee our internal evaluations
To lead on marketing and social media
To act as the Safeguarding Lead
To support Trustees’ business as required
To undertake any additional reasonable duties as directed by the Trustees
Person Specification
Essential criteria:
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent ICT literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills, suitable for supervising and instructing children
A willingness to work flexibly to achieve the charity’s aims and objectives
To either be First Aid trained or to be willing to be First Aid trained
Desirable criteria:
Experience of pastoral care (children and parents)
Prior experience of using Google suites
Previous practical experience of evaluation methods
Previous instrumental / singing experience
