The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is a vibrant, international community of young musicians, actors and theatre technicians in the heart of the City of London. We produce outstanding graduates whose talents light up stages and concert platforms throughout the world. As well as providing professional training at junior, undergraduate and postgraduate level, the School has an impressive programme of regular performances, encompassing concerts, recitals, plays, operas and musicals which are all open to the general public. 

The Music Office at the Guildhall School provides a wide range of support services to its students and staff. In this busy role you will be responsible for providing a high level of management, financial and organisational support to the Head of Music Administration, Elective and Module leaders in the day-to-day running of certain modules.

The ability to be self-motivated, maintain high standards and remain calm under pressure is essential. You will have excellent communication, numeracy and time management skills; advanced MS Office and IT competency. Ideal candidate should have strong organisational and office management skills. Knowledge of classical/contemporary music, ideally gained within the higher education sector, would be an advantage.
