Founded in 1905, Arnold House is a popular boys’ prep school based in St John’s Wood, London, with boys on roll from age 3 to 13. 

We are looking for an excellent musician and teacher to take on the leadership of our thriving Music Department. The role involves teaching music, organising concerts and choir performances and preparing timetables for 12 peripatetic music teachers.

The successful candidate will have the ability and experience to organise the complex work of the department and to inspire all pupils in their musical endeavours.

The salary will be discussed at interview. Additional benefits include school holidays as holidays with pay, free lunch, pension contributions and a cycle to work scheme.
