We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and enthusiastic Director of Music with a passion for their subject and a commitment to ensure that every pupil flourishes.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, talented and inspirational musician and teacher, who is responsible for the professional leadership and management of all aspects of Music at Roedean.  We are looking for someone who is kind and dedicated to ensuring that every pupil succeeds and gets the support and encouragement they need, as well as having the insight and communication skills to build strong relationships across the school.
