Beginning September 2021 for one year

Graduate Music Assistants are advanced performers who provide advice and coaching for our exceptional young musicians. 

As active musicians, they are granted time and opportunity to continue their own practice. 

To a certain degree, each role can be tailored to individual skills and future aspirations. The ability to assist with other musical disciplines, e.g. theory, aural and accompaniment, is also an asset. 

Applicants should be prepared to work flexible hours, approximately 44 hours per week, term time plus 2 additional weeks (35 weeks p.a.).

Accommodation is available.  Where this is the case, a small charge (currently £100 per week) is made and this is deducted from the monthly salary.
