Description: The Bermuda School of Music, Bermuda charity #483, has been providing music education to the Island since 1978.  It is our aim to achieve musical excellence for all by providing individual and community music programmes for students of all ages and in areas of need.

Duties: Teach individual and group lessons to students, 29/hours per week.  Hold studio and group recitals.  Provide student progress reports. Perform in faculty concerts and at community events.

Qualifications: Candidates will hold a degree in Music (guitar) and have 5 years post graduate teaching experience. Applicants should have experience of working with all ages, including adults and young children. Applicants must also be able to take advanced students through all levels of international music examinations (ABRSM and RCM). Teachers are expected to teach individual and group guitar lessons (acoustic, electric, ukulele), as well as perform in solo faculty concerts and community events. Applicants may be required to submit video samples of their teaching and performing. 

Salary: Starting Salary Range - $50,000 – $53, 000 dependent on qualifications and experience, Comprehensive Insurance Policy, Continuing Education assistance and relocation allowance.
