Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Location: National – flexible location with home-working, must be able to travel regularly to Durham head office and to meetings and activity throughout the UK

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 depending on experience and skills

NYCGB, the UK’s most exciting, innovative and accessible organisation for young choral singers, is looking for a creative, dynamic and enthusiastic individual, to contribute to the creation of a bold artistic vision and strategy and co-ordinate delivery across its programmes. With both creative flair and the skills to make things happen, the post-holder will have significant experience of developing artistic ideas and strategies, as well as practical experience of producing and managing high-quality artistic projects and programmes, preferably within the choral, classical or youth music sectors. Passionate about promoting musical excellence and inclusivity for all young people, they will bring an excellent understanding of learning and engagement practice. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative development of a national organisation which continues to grow in ambition, reach and profile.
