Guildhall Young Artists King’s Cross, launched 18 months ago, is London’s exciting new Saturday performing arts centre offering a range of classes and performance opportunities for 5-to-18-year old’s. Based at Elizabeth Garrett Anderson school young people develop their individual creativity and access high quality training across a variety of styles and genres.

We seek to appoint an energetic and dynamic musician, drama or production arts practitioner and administrator with a strong track-record of education sector delivery to ensure that Guildhall Young Artists King’s Cross provides an excellent creative education to every child and young person who attends.

The successful candidate will be committed to developing young students, from a variety of backgrounds, to reach their full potential.  They will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, who can build positive relationships with parents/carers, staff, students, and partners, and will maintain a culture which fosters collaboration, innovation, personal motivation, and a lateral approach to problem solving.

He/She will manage a varied portfolio of tasks, including Safeguarding and management responsibilities.  He/She will have a proven track record as a practitioner and educator,

have sound artistic judgement and a passion for encouraging artistic excellence in a creative work environment.
