We are seeking to appoint a kind and hardworking person to fulfil a pivotal role in the day to day running of the Music Department at this prestigious boarding school. 

Working closely with the Director of Music and the other music administrator, as well as other full-time members of staff and Visiting Music Teachers, your duties will include:

  • Helping to set up and assist with the music outreach program, including prep school liaison
  • Assisting with the publicity of Bradfield’s music events and helping to enhance the reputation of the music department locally and on a national and international level
  • Keeping social media and website channels up to date
  • Helping to support the box office
  • Supporting the Head of Music Events with the logistics of concert organisation and tours
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support for the Music Department
