We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our esteemed Music Department as a Music School Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day instrumental lesson and general departmental administration in the Music Schools of both St Paul’s Juniors and Seniors. Additionally, the Music School Coordinator will provide essential support for all music events, working closely with the Music School Manager to ensure the smooth execution of departmental activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, ideally within the arts or education sector, and demonstrate a methodical approach to tasks with a high level of attention to detail. A proactive, independent work ethic is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

Hours: 8am – 4.30pm, (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch. Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required to cover school events. Overtime payments and TOIL arrangements will be agreed for such events in agreement with the Music School Manager.
