We currently have a waiting of new students eager to learn with us. Some of our teachers have no availability until 2023/2024. That's why we are recruiting.
Pay and conditions
This position is flexible, but we suggest 2-4 days per week. Your schedule can be modified to integrate with your existing commitments.
The hourly rate is £37.50 per hour. (Our most successful coaches earn around 30k per annum self-employed, on approx 4 days a week)
Additional work-from-home opportunities are also available such as conducting group online seminars and masterclasses that pay highly competitive rates starting at £75 per hour, with necessary technology support/training provided if required.
Freelance/ self-employed position
Based in our Central London studios for one-to-one teaching, this is also a hybrid role (virtual lessons online) for our international students and online seminars.

We are piano teachers and pianists (many with a concert background) who are passionate about helping our students and bringing them a wonderful educational and musical experience that will enable them to grow as musicians and students.
We are not just after a piano teacher who makes the difficult challenges of piano interesting and enjoyable, but also has measurable ways to ensure their students are progressing and moving forward.
Piano Teacher – the role
Your responsibilities will be:
- Prepare and conduct piano lessons with a range of students
- Create a summary of each lesson for the student and enter it into our system
- Communicate with our administrative team on a regular basis about students’ progress and your schedule, following our protocols
- Participate in our student events and our community be it offline or online
- Be available for staff meetings, training, and professional development.
