Two year fixed term contract commencing as soon as possible after 1st September 2020
The RNCM is seeking to appoint a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant (to a two year fixed term contract) to join a research project funded by the Office for Students and Research England and in partnership with University of the Arts London and Central School of Speech and Drama, led at RNCM by Dr Michelle Phillips. The aims of this project are to develop students’ skills in entrepreneurship, and to increase opportunities for students to interact with external partners.
This project offers an exciting opportunity to scope best practice in entrepreneurship education, to design and try out new aspects of degree curricula across the institutions, and to establish new and more in-depth links with external organisations for the benefit of students and the organisations themselves.
The appointee will be required to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of activity designed to embed entrepreneurship skills in undergraduate students across all partner institutions. Evaluation methodology will be designed by the appointee in discussion with the Principal Investigator, and will evolve as the project progresses.
