The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is situated in the heart of the City of London and is internationally recognised as one of the leading conservatoires for training of actors and musicians.

In this busy role you will lead on and manage all aspects of the day to day running of the Undergraduate Academic Studies (Music), Composition (including Electronic Music) and Keyboard Departments providing a high level of management, financial and organisational support to the Head of Music Administration and the Heads Undergraduate Academic Studies (Music), Composition and Keyboard and to deal, to the highest international level, with all matters relating to students, professors and external bodies associated with the above Departments.

The ability to be self-motivated, maintain high standards and remain calm under pressure is essential. You will have excellent communication, numeracy and time management skills; advanced MS Office and IT competency. The ideal candidate should have a wide and varied experience in a performing arts/ educational establishment undertaking a senior administrative role managing the administration of courses, programmes and projects

within classical music.. Knowledge of classical/contemporary music, ideally gained within the higher education sector is essential.
