About Brambletye School
Brambletye was originally a small boys’ boarding school in Kent before moving to its present location in 1933. Today we are a thriving independent co-ed prep school for pupils aged 2 to 13 years, located in a large country house set in stunning and tranquil grounds overlooking the Ashdown Forest and the Weir Wood Reservoir.
Music is at the very heart of life at Brambletye and you will always hear the sound of music coming from our highly-regarded Music Department from either our practice rooms where pupils can access individual lessons from one our team of outstanding Visiting Music Teachers or from our dedicated music classrooms all of which are based in a purpose-built, excellently resourced department underneath our Theatre.
