St Mary’s is seeking a Visiting Music Teacher to teach Piano to students in the Junior School with a wide range of abilities and experiences, from complete beginners to advanced performers. The new Visiting Music Teacher of Piano will join a thriving music department from September 2022. 

You should be keen to employ a variety of teaching methods and musical styles in order to develop both your students’ technique and musicianship skills, as well as offering encouragement and guidance. The role also involves preparing students for ABRSM (or similar) Music examinations up to Grade 5, as well as preparing students for regular performances at Teatime Concerts and the Music Festival.
