An inspiring and enthusiastic individual is required to join our highly successful and thriving Music department as Visiting Music Teacher – Trumpet. We are looking to recruit a trumpet specialist, who would ideally also be able to offer tuition for other upper brass instruments. The successful candidate will be required to teach a range of pupils aged 11-18 years.

The anticipated initial schedule is up to four hours, one day per week. There is also the possibility of further hours by additionally teaching individual theory lessons. The successful candidate would be expected to increase awareness and help promote brass playing within College, working in tandem with relevant full-time staff.  

The rate of pay is £39.33 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.

Our Music Department, has around forty full and part time staff, this comprises seven full-time musicians and over thirty visiting music staff. The Department has an outstanding reputation and is well resourced.
