The RCMJD is seeking to engage two musicianship teachers to join our vibrant and expanding RCMJD musicianship faculty. The post holder will be responsible for teaching group classes as part of the core RCMJD programme. Aural and analysis are central components in our Musicianship curriculum, which all students follow on entering the Junior Department. At each level, we also offer elective classes, in areas such as music theory, composition and keyboard harmony.

A full-time English-speaking post is available in our vibrant Music Department for a teacher of Music. The ability to offer private instrumental lessons (preferably on piano but other instruments will be considered) is vital, and ensemble leadership skills would be valuable in both classical and popular music styles. Music technology skills would also be useful. A working knowledge of French would be an advantage although this is not a requirement.
